Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Price Intelligence collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It covers both this website and the product. Last updated 24 July 2026.
In short: we collect the contact details you give us, the account and usage data needed to run the product, and basic technical data from your visit. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and the market data our product collects is commercial pricing information rather than information about people.

Price Intelligence operates this website and the Price Intelligence service and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@priceintelligence.io about anything in this notice.

Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We store one preference in your browser's local storage to remember whether you chose the light or dark theme. It contains no identifier and is never transmitted to us. The application uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, each processing data only on our instructions: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, a transactional email provider, and a payment processor. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
We may disclose data where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. If we are ever compelled to disclose customer data we will tell the customer unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry and trial-form data — 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Account data — for the life of the account, then deleted within 30 days of closure except where retention is legally required.
- Billing records — as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Server logs — 90 days.
Where data is processed
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, transfers outside your region are made under the appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses with our processors where applicable.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we relied on it. Email us and we will action a request within 30 days at the latest, usually much sooner.
If you are in the UK or EEA and you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Children
This is a business product. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice materially we will update the date at the top and, for changes that affect how we use your data, tell account holders by email. Previous versions are available on request.
