A TradeVitality alternative you can price before a call
TradeVitality publishes no pricing. Their /pricing, /pricing/ and /plans URLs all return HTTP 404 and the only offer is a free demo, as checked on 24 July 2026. Brands look for a TradeVitality alternative when they want published prices and a self-serve trial rather than a demo-first managed MAP enforcement service.

TradeVitality publishes no pricing. As checked on 24 July 2026, their /pricing, /pricing/ and /plans URLs all return HTTP 404, and the site is a single marketing page plus a blog, with the Features and Services navigation items pointing at anchors on that same page. The only offer is a free demo, not a product trial. What they do publish is the shape of the offer: a do-it-yourself SaaS dashboard for monitoring sellers, notifying violators and managing your MAP policy, and a fully managed service where, in their words, they take care of 99 percent of the enforcement work for you. They also publish No Contracts as a feature badge. The managed service is the honest reason to choose them, and we offer nothing like it. Brands look for an alternative when they want a published price, a trial they can run themselves, and one tool that covers competitive pricing as well as MAP.
What TradeVitality costs
We cannot tell you, because their site does not say. That is the finding rather than a gap in the research. Below is what a buyer normally needs to know, set against what TradeVitality actually publishes as of 24 July 2026.
| What a buyer needs | What TradeVitality publishes |
|---|---|
| List price or starting price | Nothing. No price appears anywhere on the site |
| A pricing page | There is not one. /pricing, /pricing/ and /plans all return HTTP 404 |
| Billing unit | Not stated. Per product, per seller, per channel and per seat are all unpublished |
| Tiers, plans or editions | None published |
| Free trial | None. The offer is Request a Free Demo, which is a demo and not product access |
| Self-serve signup | None |
| Contract length | No Contracts is published as a feature badge. No term, notice period or cancellation process is stated |
| Monitoring frequency | Daily Monitoring is published as a feature badge. No further detail |
| Managed service pricing | Not published. They state the managed service covers 99 percent of the enforcement work for you |
| Integrations | None published. The named monitoring surfaces are Google, Amazon, eBay and the wider web |
| Numbers they do publish | A count of 328,278 pricing violations discovered for brands and distributors. That is their published figure, not one we have measured |
Not published means we found no statement of it on TradeVitality's own pages on 24 July 2026. It is not a claim that no such term exists.
The No Contracts badge answers less than it appears to. It tells you there is no multi-year lock-in, which is useful and more than most enterprise brand protection vendors say in public. It does not tell you the notice period, whether the managed service carries different terms from the dashboard, or what either costs. Those are demo questions, and you should write them down before the call rather than during it.
Where TradeVitality is the better choice
The strongest case for them is one we cannot compete on at all. TradeVitality publishes a fully managed service in which their team takes care of 99 percent of the enforcement work. We do not offer a managed service, we do not send violation notices for you, and we do not chase sellers who ignore the first one. If your MAP programme is stalled because nobody has the hours, a better dashboard does not fix that. Somebody doing the work does.
- You want the outcome, not the tooling. Their managed service is the published offer and it has no equivalent on our side.
- Your team is small and MAP is somebody's fifth priority. A tool that produces more visibility produces more unactioned work if nobody is assigned to it.
- Your channel is powersports, auto aftermarket or a similar durable goods niche. Their published customer base skews that way, and a vendor who already knows your retailer and distributor landscape starts further along.
- You want no long-term commitment. No Contracts is published on the front of their site, which is more than most vendors in this category state publicly.
One more thing worth saying plainly: their free lead magnet, a guide plus three email templates for contacting MAP violators, is useful whether or not you ever buy from them. If you run enforcement by hand today and have no standard first-notice wording, go and get it.
Software you run, or enforcement somebody runs for you
This is the actual decision, and it is not really a vendor choice. It is a question about where your bottleneck sits. Work an example. Suppose you find 20 violations a week and assembling one notice by hand takes 10 minutes: locate the listing, capture it, identify the seller, check whether you have written to them before, draft the message, send it, log it. That is 200 minutes a week, roughly 173 hours a year, or about four working weeks. Software removes most of that assembly time. It does not remove the judgement about which seller gets a gentle first notice and which one gets escalated, because that call is commercial. A managed service removes both. Which you need depends on whether the scarce thing is the ten minutes or the decision.
Buy the managed service if
- Nobody owns MAP today, and adding it to an existing job means it will not happen
- Violation volume is steady and the work is repetitive rather than strategic
- You need someone to keep chasing sellers who ignore the first notice
- You would rather buy an outcome than learn a dashboard
Buy software and run it yourself if
- Someone already owns channel policy and wants the evidence, not the decisions
- Enforcement judgement is commercially sensitive: some sellers are strategic accounts and get handled differently
- You want the audit trail inside your own systems and exportable on demand
- MAP is one of several pricing jobs the same person handles, alongside competitive positioning and repricing
- You need the price data itself, not only the violations, for margin and positioning decisions
When a TradeVitality alternative makes sense
Nothing above is a reason to avoid them. These are the situations where their shape and yours do not line up, which is a different thing.
- You need a number before you book a call, because you are comparing three vendors and cannot spend three hours to get three prices.
- You want to test matching quality on your own catalogue before anyone signs, which needs a trial rather than a demo.
- The same budget has to cover competitive pricing as well as MAP, so you would rather not buy two tools that each hold half your catalogue.
- You want repricing with hard floors: margin, cost and MAP, writing back to your store. That is not published anywhere in their capability set.
- You need an API or platform integrations to move the data into your own reporting. No API or integrations list is published on their site.
Where we are different
The first difference is that you can price us without talking to anyone. Starter is $99 per month for 500 products at daily refresh with 10 competitor URLs per product. Growth is $299 for 2,500 products at twice-daily refresh with unlimited competitor URLs. Scale is $699 for 10,000 products at four-times-daily refresh. Enterprise is custom for unlimited products at hourly refresh with an SLA and SSO. Capability is never the upsell: MAP monitoring with screenshot evidence, product matching, repricing, analytics, the REST API, webhooks, every integration and unlimited users are on all four plans. The trial is 14 days and takes no card. It is all on our pricing page.

Every row links to a timestamped capture of the listing as it appeared. Repeat counts track the same seller across the enforcement history.
The second difference is that we hand you evidence rather than an outcome, which is the trade-off you make when you run enforcement in-house. Every detected violation carries a timestamped screenshot of the offending page, the seller identity, the repeat-offence history for that seller, and an exportable evidence packet. A worked example: a $199 MAP listed at $159 is 20.1 percent below MAP, and the packet records the page, the time it was captured and who was selling. What it does not do is send the notice. That is deliberate, and for some teams it is the wrong trade. More on the mechanics is on MAP monitoring software.

The third difference is that the same subscription answers the competitive pricing question. Your catalogue is matched once and serves both jobs: below-MAP detection on the seller side, and price index, position mix and volatility on the market side. If you have ever reconciled a MAP tool and a price monitoring tool that disagreed about which competitor listing is your product, you know why that matters. Competitor price monitoring covers that half.
Fourth, we report on our own data quality per source. Every monitored domain shows coverage and freshness. Extraction recipes regenerate automatically when a site changes layout, and matches are rediscovered by identifier when a product URL moves. If a source degrades, you hear it from us. The dangerous failure here is silent: nothing throws an error, the violation count falls to zero, and it reads as a win for a month. Detail is on data quality.

How to evaluate the switch
One side has a trial and the other has a demo, so the evaluation is asymmetric. Do not let that decide it. Make both sides work on the same catalogue and compare the same output.
- 1
Pick your 50 hardest SKUs
Variants, multipacks, kit SKUs, anything sold under several titles, and anything with a long seller list. Bestsellers match everywhere and prove nothing about either tool.
- 2
Run the trial you can run
Ours is 14 days with no credit card. Start it on the day you book their demo, so you have real output from one side when you sit down with the other.
- 3
Check every match by hand
Mark all 50 correct, wrong or missing. Count wrong matches separately, because they create false violations, and a false accusation sent to a compliant reseller costs more than a missed one. Method is in the product matching guide.
- 4
Follow one violation to the end
Take a single real below-MAP listing and see what each system hands you when you are done: what is captured, when, against which seller, in what format. Show it to whoever signs the notice.
- 5
Price the full configuration, both shapes
Get their number for the dashboard and their number for the managed service separately. Compare the dashboard price to our plan price, and compare the managed service price to the cost of the hours it replaces.
How to test a product you cannot trial
A demo is their salesperson driving their data. Turn it into your test with four requests, made in advance so they have time to set it up.
- 1Send your 50 hardest SKUs before the call and ask them to run the demo on those, not on their sample account.
- 2Ask them to add one product live, on the call, and show what the system returns for it within the session.
- 3Ask to see the raw output for one violation exactly as it would be exported, not a slide about it.
- 4Ask what happens when a monitored retailer changes its page layout: who notices, how fast, and how you are told.
Published price ladders across the whole category, including every vendor that publishes nothing at all, are collected in the full pricing study. Other head-to-heads written to the same sourcing rules are on all comparisons, and the longer evaluation framework is in how to choose price monitoring software.
Start on your 50 hardest SKUs, not on a demo tenant
14 days, no credit card, no call required. MAP monitoring with screenshot evidence, competitive monitoring, repricing, the API and per-source data quality reporting all start on the $99 plan.
Frequently asked questions
How much does TradeVitality cost?
TradeVitality publishes no pricing. As checked on 24 July 2026, their /pricing, /pricing/ and /plans URLs all return HTTP 404, and no price appears anywhere on the site. The only commercial terms published are feature badges reading No Contracts, Daily Monitoring and Easy Setup. To get a number you have to request their demo.
Does TradeVitality offer a free trial?
No product trial is published. The offer is Request a Free Demo, which is a sales call rather than access to the software. They do publish a free guide with three email templates for contacting MAP violators, which is useful marketing collateral but is not product access. Our trial is 14 days with no credit card.
Is TradeVitality a software tool or a service?
Both, according to their site. They publish a do-it-yourself SaaS dashboard for monitoring sellers, notifying violators and managing your MAP policy, and separately a fully managed service in which they state they take care of 99 percent of the enforcement work for you. Neither is priced publicly, so ask for both numbers on the demo.
Does TradeVitality do competitive price monitoring or repricing?
Neither is published on their site as of 24 July 2026. Their published capability is MAP violation detection across Google, Amazon, eBay and the wider web, seller identification with violation history, and outreach to violators. If you need competitor price tracking and rule-based repricing alongside MAP, that is a different shape of product.
What is the best TradeVitality alternative for a small brand team?
It depends on which resource is scarce. If nobody has hours for enforcement, no software subscription substitutes for a managed service, and TradeVitality publishes one. If you have someone who owns channel policy and needs evidence and price data rather than decisions, a published-price tool you can trial gets monitoring, MAP evidence and repricing running from $99 per month.
Does Price Intelligence send violation notices to sellers?
No. We detect the violation, capture a timestamped screenshot of the offending page, identify the seller, track repeat offences and export an evidence packet you can attach to a notice. Sending, escalating and following up are yours or your counsel's to do. If you want that work performed for you, a managed service is the right purchase and ours is not it.
