A TrackStreet alternative with published prices
TrackStreet publishes no pricing. Their /pricing URL returns HTTP 404 and every conversion path on the site books a demo, as checked on 24 July 2026. Brands look for a TrackStreet alternative when they want a published price and a self-serve trial rather than managed brand-protection services quoted per engagement.

We sell a competing product. Every figure above comes from TrackStreet's own published pages on the date shown, so you can check it. Pricing changes without notice — if something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
TrackStreet publishes no pricing at all. As checked on 24 July 2026, no price string appears anywhere on their site, their /pricing URL returns HTTP 404 while still appearing in search indexes, and every conversion path is a demo booking. There is no free trial and no self-serve signup. What they do publish is the shape of the offer: compliance modules for price policy and reseller policy enforcement, market intelligence modules packaged separately from those, and a set of brand protection services sold alongside the software, including unauthorised reseller mitigation, a specialised investigations team, full managed services and DMCA and copyright takedowns. That last group is the honest reason to choose them. Those are services, not software, and we do not offer any of them. If you want the enforcement work done for you, talk to TrackStreet. If you want a number before a sales call and a tool you can trial yourself, keep reading.
What TrackStreet costs
We cannot tell you, and neither can their website. This is not a gap in our research. It is the finding. Below is every commercial term a buyer normally needs, set against what TrackStreet actually publishes as of 24 July 2026.
| What a buyer needs | What TrackStreet publishes |
|---|---|
| List price or starting price | Nothing. No price string appears on any page read |
| A pricing page | The /pricing URL is indexed by search engines but returns HTTP 404 on both the apex and www hosts |
| Billing unit | Not stated. Per SKU, per listing, per market and per seat are all unpublished |
| Tiers, plans or editions | None published. No named packages appear on the site |
| Free trial | None published |
| Self-serve signup | None. Every call to action is Book a Demo |
| Minimum term or contract length | Not published |
| Module packaging | Compliance and market intelligence are presented as separate product lines. Which modules travel together commercially is not stated |
| Managed services | Published by name as add-ons to the software: unauthorised reseller mitigation, investigations, full managed services, and DMCA and copyright takedowns. No prices |
| Integrations | No integrations list was found on the pages read |
Not published means we found no statement of it on TrackStreet's own pages on 24 July 2026. It is not a claim that a term does not exist internally.
Quote-only pricing is not automatically a warning sign, and it would be dishonest to present it as one. If a platform is scoped by SKU count, market count, module mix and how much human enforcement work is bundled in, a single list price would be a fiction that got renegotiated on every deal anyway. The cost of quote-only is not fairness. It is time and comparability: you cannot rank vendors on price until you have sat through a demo with each of them, and by then you have spent hours you cannot get back.
Where TrackStreet is the better choice
The clearest case is the one we cannot answer at all. TrackStreet publishes a set of brand protection services that are delivered by people, not by software: mitigation work against unauthorised resellers, a specialised investigations team that they describe as conducting deep-dive research to uncover the real-world details behind difficult-to-identify sellers, a full managed service where their team handles enforcement, policy and ongoing strategy, and DMCA and copyright takedowns. We sell software. We do not send notices, we do not run investigations, and we do not file takedowns. If the constraint in your programme is that nobody on your team has time to do the enforcement work, buying a tool does not fix it and buying a service does.
- You want the work done, not the data. Full managed services, investigations and takedowns are their published offer and are entirely outside what we do.
- Your seller problem needs human research. Anonymous storefronts and shell accounts eventually stop being a data problem. Their investigations service is built for that; software is not.
- Legal is in the room. DMCA and copyright takedowns sitting inside the same product as violation detection matters when counsel owns the programme.
- Your scope is genuinely enterprise. Their published detection scope is 185,000-plus websites and marketplaces. That is their figure, published on their site and not measured by us, but breadth at that scale is a real reason to talk to them.
- You need escalation workflow, not just alerts. They publish automated workflow notices, on-demand pricing notices with customisable messaging and tokens, level-based escalation, and a Do Not Sell list applied at merchant or product level.
When a TrackStreet alternative is the right call
The case for looking elsewhere has nothing to do with their capability and everything to do with process fit and scope. Buying an enterprise brand protection platform is a project. Some teams do not have a project, they have a problem this quarter.
- You need to compare three tools this month and cannot book three enterprise demos to get three numbers.
- You want to test matching and evidence quality on your own catalogue before anyone signs anything, which requires a trial rather than a demo.
- MAP is real for you but so is competitive pricing, and you would rather buy one subscription that does both than a compliance platform plus a market intelligence line item.
- You want the repricing side too: rules with margin, cost and MAP floors that write back to your store. That is not published anywhere in their module set.
- Your budget owner wants a number on a page they can forward, not a quote conditioned on assumptions from a call they were not on.
Where we are different
Start with packaging, because it is the difference you can verify without talking to anyone. Our prices are published and capability is never the upsell. Starter is $99 per month for 500 products with daily refresh and 10 competitor URLs per product. Growth is $299 for 2,500 products with twice-daily refresh and unlimited competitor URLs. Scale is $699 for 10,000 products with four-times-daily refresh. Enterprise is custom for unlimited products with hourly refresh, an SLA and SSO. MAP monitoring with screenshot evidence, product matching, repricing, analytics, the REST API, webhooks, every integration and unlimited users are on all of them, including the $99 plan. Every row links to a timestamped capture of the listing as it appeared. Repeat counts track the same seller across the enforcement history.
The second difference is what a detected violation leaves you holding. We capture a timestamped screenshot of the offending page, identify the seller, track repeat offences against that seller, and export an evidence packet. A price alone is a number in a database. A page capture with a timestamp is a record of the claim that was made, which is what an enforcement conversation actually turns on. More on how that pipeline works is on MAP monitoring software and in how to monitor MAP violations.

The third difference is that we report on our own data quality, per source, where you can see it. Every monitored domain carries a coverage and freshness figure. When a retailer changes its page layout the extraction recipe is regenerated automatically. When a product URL moves, the match is rediscovered by identifier rather than by URL. If a source degrades we alert you before your own reporting goes quiet. That failure mode is the one that costs real money, because nothing errors: the violation count simply drops to zero and reads as good news. Detail is on data quality.

Not published means no statement of it was found on the vendor's own pages on 24 July 2026, not that the capability is absent. Ask them directly.
How to evaluate the switch
When one side publishes prices and the other does not, the evaluation has two halves that run in parallel: a product test you run yourself, and a scoping conversation you have to drive.
- 1
Pick your 50 hardest SKUs
Variants, multipacks, bundles, kit SKUs, anything with a long seller list, and anything a competitor sells under a nearly identical title. Bestsellers match everywhere and tell you nothing.
- 2
Run the trial you can run
Ours is 14 days with no credit card. TrackStreet publishes no trial, so their half of the test is a demo. Ask them to run it live on your 50 SKUs rather than on their sample tenant.
- 3
Check every match by hand
Mark all 50 correct, wrong or missing in each tool. False matches produce false violations, and a false violation sent to a good reseller is expensive in a way a missed one is not. Method is in the product matching guide.
- 4
Compare one violation, end to end
Take a single real below-MAP listing and follow it through each system to whatever the tool hands you at the end. Show that output to the person who signs the notice and ask whether it is enough.
- 5
Price the full configuration
Not the demo scope. Your real SKU count, your real market list, every module you would actually turn on, and every service you would actually buy.
Six questions that turn a demo into a comparable number
A quote is not a price until you know what moves it. Ask these on the call, and ask for the answers in writing afterwards.
- 1What is the billing unit? SKUs, monitored listings, markets, seats, or a flat platform fee. Get one word.
- 2What does this same quote look like at double the SKUs and double the markets? Ask for both numbers now, not at renewal.
- 3Which modules are inside this number and which are separate line items? Ask specifically whether the market intelligence modules sit inside the compliance quote or beside it.
- 4What do the managed services cost on their own: reseller mitigation, investigations, full managed services, DMCA takedowns?
- 5What is the minimum term, the notice period, and is there a cap on the renewal increase?
- 6If we drop a module at renewal, does the remaining price go down, and by how much?
It helps to walk in with a published number to anchor against. Our Scale plan is $699 per month, which is $8,388 for the year, for 10,000 products at four-times-daily refresh with MAP evidence, repricing and the API included. Take that figure into the scoping call. If their quote comes back above it, you know exactly what you are paying the premium for, which is usually the managed services and the breadth. If it comes back below, you have a number to hold them to at renewal. Without a published figure on at least one side of the table, you cannot do that subtraction until after the demos are over.
The published price ladders for the whole category, including every vendor that publishes nothing, are collected in the full pricing study. Other head-to-heads written to the same sourcing rules are on all comparisons, and the evaluation framework in longer form is in how to choose price monitoring software.

Frequently asked questions
How much does TrackStreet cost?
TrackStreet publishes no pricing. As checked on 24 July 2026, no price appears anywhere on their site, their /pricing URL returns HTTP 404 on both the apex and www hosts, and every call to action books a demo. The only way to get their number is to go through their sales process.
Should I trust the TrackStreet starting price listed on software directories?
We would not publish it, and we have not. At least one directory lists a starting price on a per-user basis that we could not trace to anything TrackStreet publishes, and the per-user framing does not match how platforms of that shape are normally sold. Directory templates normalise every vendor into the same fields, which distorts. Ask TrackStreet.
Does TrackStreet offer a free trial?
No free trial is published on their site and there is no self-serve signup, as checked on 24 July 2026. Every conversion path is a demo booking. Our trial is 14 days with no credit card, which means you can test matching and evidence quality on your own catalogue before any sales conversation happens.
What does TrackStreet sell as a service rather than software?
They publish four brand protection services alongside the platform: unauthorised reseller mitigation, a specialised investigations team, full managed services covering enforcement, policy and strategy, and DMCA and copyright takedowns. No prices are attached to any of them. We do not offer services of that kind at all, which is the clearest reason to choose them over us.
Does TrackStreet do repricing or competitive price monitoring?
Their published module set spans compliance, meaning price and reseller policy enforcement, and market intelligence, meaning market visibility, competitor intelligence, marketplace insights, out-of-stock reporting and international visibility. Repricing is not published anywhere in that set. How the compliance and market intelligence lines are packaged commercially is also not published, so ask before you assume both are in one quote.
What is the best TrackStreet alternative for a mid-market brand?
Depends on what is scarce. If time is scarce and you need enforcement performed for you, no software subscription substitutes for their managed services. If budget predictability and speed matter more, a published-price tool you can trial in a fortnight gets you monitoring, evidence and repricing running from $99 per month without a procurement cycle.
