Choosing a Pricemind alternative: check both limits
Pricemind publishes two plans, Starter at EUR 69 per month for 100 products across 3 websites and Growth at EUR 179 for 500 products across 5 websites, as of 24 July 2026, with Enterprise quoted on request. Buyers search for a Pricemind alternative when the per-website cap binds.

We sell a competing product. Every figure above comes from Pricemind's own published pages on the date shown, so you can check it. Pricing changes without notice — if something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Pricemind publishes a two-plan ladder and quotes the third. As read from their pricing page on 24 July 2026, Starter is EUR 69 per month for 100 products across 3 websites, Growth is EUR 179 per month for 500 products across 5 websites, and Enterprise is custom pricing for unlimited products. The detail that decides most switches is the second cap. Almost every tool in this category limits products. Pricemind also limits how many competitor websites the account may watch, and that ceiling is 5 on the highest plan with a published price. If you track a handful of products against three competitors and want the lowest monthly invoice in euros, Pricemind Starter is a sensible buy and you should take it. If your competitor set is wider than five sites, or your job includes MAP, the published plans stop before you do.
What Pricemind costs
Every figure below is as published on the Pricemind pricing page on 24 July 2026. The page presents monthly prices only, with no annual billing option shown, and prices are quoted in euros. If you buy from the United States your invoice carries whatever conversion your bank applies, which is not something either vendor controls or publishes.
| Plan | Price | Products | Websites | Price updates | Listed inclusions |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | EUR 69/month | 100 | 3 | Daily | Basic analytics |
| Growth | EUR 179/month | 500 | 5 | Daily | Advanced analytics, email alerts |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing | Unlimited | Not stated | Not stated | AI matching agent, custom integrations, dedicated support, SLA guarantee |
Source: the Pricemind pricing page, read 24 July 2026. Starter is displayed with EUR 85 struck through beside the EUR 69 price. Enterprise carries no published price, so the products, websites and refresh rate it delivers are between you and their sales team.
What sits behind which tier, as published on that page: email alerts appear on Growth and above and not on Starter, advanced analytics appears on Growth while Starter is listed with basic analytics, and custom integrations, dedicated support and an SLA guarantee appear only under Enterprise. An AI matching agent is also listed only under Enterprise, although their own FAQ describes AI matching as how the product works generally. Which of those two is authoritative is not resolvable from their published pages, so ask.
Where Pricemind is the better choice
Three situations where their published plans beat ours on the terms that matter to the buyer.
- You want the smallest possible monthly invoice. Starter is EUR 69 per month, as published 24 July 2026. Our entry plan is $99 per month. If the brief is watch my top 100 products against three named competitors, report daily, and keep the line item small, Pricemind Starter is the cheaper instrument and the extra capability on our plans is capability you are not using.
- You are a European buyer who wants a European vendor. Pricemind publishes prices in euros, is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and publishes multi-country and multi-currency tracking. We publish in dollars for a United States market. Euro invoicing and an EU-based counterparty are legitimate procurement requirements, and if they are yours, that is a real reason to choose them.
- You want to start narrow on purpose. Their Starter tier is described as choosing your top 100 products and seeing how they match. That is a genuinely good way to run a first pricing project, and a plan built around it removes the temptation to boil the ocean in month one.
One practical note for anyone comparing: the live site is pricemind.ai. The pricemind.io domain returns HTTP 404 on every path we tried on 24 July 2026, so a search result pointing there is not the vendor's current site.
Where we are different
We cap one thing, and it is products. There is no limit on how many competitor websites an account may watch. Starter allows 10 competitor URLs per product and every plan from Growth upward is unlimited competitor URLs. Those units are not interchangeable with a website cap, so convert before you compare: if one of your products appears on 8 competitor sites, that consumes 8 of the 10 URLs allowed for that product on Starter, and the number of distinct domains across the whole account is not counted at all.

Out-of-stock listings are struck through and excluded from position and repricing decisions.
The second difference is what is published at all. Pricemind does not publish MAP monitoring on any tier of its plan table, and does not publish repricing as a plan feature on any tier. Elsewhere on their site they describe helping brands detect potential MAP deviations and analyse market positioning as business intelligence, and they describe dynamic pricing recommendations, but neither is tied to a named plan anywhere we could read. That is a gap in disclosure, not evidence of absence, and we are not going to fill it for them. Ask them in writing which plan includes what before you budget.
On our side the answer is on the price list: MAP monitoring with a timestamped screenshot of the offending listing, seller identification, repeat-offender tracking and an exportable evidence packet are on every plan from $99 per month, as is the rule-based repricing engine with margin, cost, MAP and max-daily-change floors. Nothing about MAP monitoring or repricing is a tier upgrade here, because capability is never the upsell.

Every row links to a timestamped capture of the listing as it appeared. Repeat counts track the same seller across the enforcement history.
The third is integrations and data quality. Pricemind names a REST API, and lists custom integrations under Enterprise only. We did not find a published list of ecommerce platform connectors on the pages read. We publish ours: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Google Merchant Center, Amazon Seller Central, Slack, CSV and SFTP, a REST API and webhooks, all included on every plan. We also publish per-source coverage and freshness reporting, self-healing extraction when a site changes layout, and alerts when a source degrades. Pricemind does not publish a data quality dashboard. If silent collection failure is what burned you before, that is the section of the data quality page to read.

How to evaluate the switch
Both trials are 14 days with no card, which makes this unusually easy to do properly. Run them together, not one after the other.
- 1
Pick your 50 hardest SKUs
Not your bestsellers. Variants, multipacks, bundles, private label and anything without a clean GTIN, plus anything where three competitors write the title three different ways. Fifty fits inside the 100-product Starter allowance, so the test costs nothing on either side.
- 2
Count your competitor sites first, then pick the plan
List every domain you actually need watched, including marketplaces. If that list is longer than five, the published Pricemind plans do not cover it and you are in a quote conversation. Knowing that before the trial saves a fortnight.
- 3
Check every match by hand
Open each competitor URL the tool assigned and confirm the pack size and variant, not just the brand and model. Count the wrong ones and count the ones the tool flagged as uncertain. A tool that surfaces its own doubt is more useful than one that is quietly confident. Method in the product matching guide.
- 4
Price the whole configuration
Write down products, competitor sites, refresh rate, MAP, repricing, API, alerting and users, then total each vendor at the tier that contains all of them. For Pricemind, ask what MAP monitoring and repricing cost and which plan they sit on, because the published table does not say.
- 5
Break something on purpose
Ask each vendor what appears on screen when a source stops returning a price. Look for a capture time beside every number and an alert on degradation rather than on disappearance. A stale price with no age next to it is the failure mode that costs money in this category.
The full ladder of published prices across the category, including the vendors who publish nothing at all, is in the full pricing study. Other head-to-heads are on all comparisons, and the wider buying framework is in how to choose price monitoring software. For what the category does generally, start with competitor price monitoring.
Run both trials on the same 50 SKUs
14 days, no credit card, no feature switched off. MAP monitoring, repricing, the API and per-source data quality reporting are on the $99 plan.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Pricemind cost?
As published on their pricing page on 24 July 2026, Pricemind Starter is EUR 69 per month for 100 products across 3 websites, shown with EUR 85 struck through, and Growth is EUR 179 per month for 500 products across 5 websites. Enterprise is custom pricing for unlimited products. No annual billing option is shown on the page.
Does Pricemind include MAP monitoring?
Pricemind does not publish MAP monitoring on any tier of its plan table, read 24 July 2026. Their site describes helping brands detect potential MAP deviations as business intelligence, but no plan is named and no enforcement or evidence workflow is published. If MAP is why you are buying, get the answer from them in writing before you sign.
What is the Pricemind website limit?
Their published plans cap competitor websites as well as products: 3 websites on Starter and 5 on Growth, as read on 24 July 2026. The Enterprise tier does not state a website figure. This matters most when your catalogue is small but your competitor set is wide, because the site cap binds long before the product cap does.
Does Pricemind offer a free trial?
Yes. Pricemind publishes a 14-day free trial on all plans with no credit card required, as stated in their FAQ read on 24 July 2026. Our trial is also 14 days with no card, so both can be run over the same fortnight on the same product list, which is the only way to compare matching quality fairly.
Does Pricemind integrate with Shopify or WooCommerce?
Pricemind names a REST API and lists custom integrations under its Enterprise tier. We did not find a published list of ecommerce platform connectors on the pages read on 24 July 2026, so ask them directly. Our published integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Google Merchant Center, Amazon Seller Central and Slack, on every plan.
Is Price Intelligence cheaper than Pricemind?
Not at the entry point. Pricemind Starter is EUR 69 per month for 100 products and our Starter is $99 per month for 500 products, as published on 24 July 2026. The two are in different currencies, so convert at your own bank rate. We are cheaper per product and include MAP, repricing and the API, which their published plans do not price.
