Choosing a Pricefy alternative: the arithmetic first

Pricefy publishes a free plan and four paid tiers, from $49 to $499 per month as of 24 July 2026, and Pricefy Pro costs $99 for 2,000 SKUs. The main reason buyers look for a Pricefy alternative is that MAP and MSRP monitoring starts at the $189 Business tier.

We sell a competing product. Every figure above comes from Pricefy's own published pages on the date shown, so you can check it. Pricing changes without notice — if something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

Start with the number that decides most of these evaluations. As published on the Pricefy pricing page on 24 July 2026, Pricefy Pro is $99 per month for up to 2,000 SKUs. Our Starter is $99 per month for 500 products. On price per monitored product that is roughly 5 cents against roughly 20 cents, and Pricefy wins it outright. If you run a large catalogue, want competitor prices once or twice a day, and have no MAP programme, Pricefy is very likely the correct purchase and this page will not try to talk you out of it. The distinction worth paying for is narrower than most comparison pages pretend. On their published plan table, MAP and MSRP monitoring does not appear until Business at $189 per month. Here, MAP monitoring with screenshot evidence, repricing, the API and per-source data quality reporting are on every plan, starting at $99.

What Pricefy costs

Pricefy publishes its complete price list, which is more than most vendors in this category do. Every figure in this section is as published on their pricing page on 24 July 2026. Both a monthly rate and a lower annual-equivalent monthly rate are shown for each paid plan.

Source: the Pricefy pricing page, read 24 July 2026. The free plan is described as permanent and requires no credit card.

Four gates matter when you cost a real configuration. Dynamic Repricing starts at Pro. Autopilot Repricing and MAP/MSRP Monitoring start at Business. Dedicated support is Enterprise only. Feed channels step 1, then 3, then unlimited from Pro upward. Price change notifications and Excel or email reports are on the paid plans and not on the free one. All of that is as published on their pricing page on 24 July 2026.

One thing to confirm before you sign. Pricefy lists a REST API among its integrations, alongside Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix, Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok and Slack. Their published plan table does not state which tier includes API access, so ask them directly rather than assuming it sits on the plan you are pricing.

Where Pricefy is the better choice

These are not edge cases invented to look fair. They are the most common shapes of buyer in this category.

  • Large catalogue, no MAP programme. Pricefy Pro is $99 per month for up to 2,000 SKUs, as published on their pricing page on 24 July 2026. Our Starter is $99 for 500 products and Growth is $299 for 2,500. Per monitored product, Pricefy is around a quarter of the cost, and if MAP enforcement is not part of your job that difference buys you nothing here.
  • Large catalogue with MAP. Pricefy Business at $189 per month lists MAP/MSRP Monitoring with a 15,000 SKU ceiling, as published 24 July 2026. That works out near 1.3 cents per SKU per month. Our lowest published rate is about 7 cents per product on Scale at $699 for 10,000. If catalogue size is the dominant variable in your budget, run that division before you read anything else.
  • You want to start for nothing and stay there. Pricefy publishes a permanent free plan: 50 SKUs, 5 competitors, daily price updates, AI Automatch and competitor discovery, with no card. Our free period is a 14-day trial and then it ends.
  • Many competitors on a small budget. Pricefy lists unlimited competitors from Starter at $49 per month. Our Starter allows 10 competitor URLs per product, and unlimited competitor URLs begin on Growth at $299 per month.
  • Feed distribution is part of the brief. Pricefy treats feed channels as a plan dimension and publishes product feed export to shopping channels. We integrate with Google Merchant Center and Amazon Seller Central, but we are not a feed management product and do not pretend to be one.

Where we are different

Our packaging follows one rule: you pay for scale, never for capability. Every plan, starting at $99 per month for 500 products, includes matching, MAP monitoring with timestamped screenshot evidence, repricing with guardrails, analytics, the REST API and webhooks, every integration and unlimited users. No capability is unlocked by climbing a tier, because every tier already carries all of them.

Be precise about what that does and does not mean against Pricefy. Pricefy publishes MAP and MSRP monitoring, and publishes that each violation is logged with a timestamped screenshot, the live URL, the advertised price and the gap against your MAP. The capability exists on both sides. The difference is the price of admission: Business at $189 per month there, as published 24 July 2026, and Starter at $99 here. On our side the evidence packet, seller identification and repeat-offender tracking described on our MAP monitoring page are on the entry plan.

The second difference is per-source data quality reporting. Coverage and freshness are measured per source rather than as a single catalogue-wide percentage, so one competitor domain going dark reads as that domain going dark instead of a two-point dip in a headline number. When a retailer moves its price into a script-rendered component and the old extraction recipe starts returning nothing, the recipe is regenerated automatically rather than leaving last week's figure on screen. Pricefy does not publish a per-source coverage and freshness dashboard. If a silent collection failure is the thing that burned you last time, read how the data quality reporting works before you compare anything else.

Coverage and freshness broken out per source, so a single competitor domain that stops updating is visible as itself rather than as rounding.

The third is refresh headroom. Every paid Pricefy plan in their published table, from Starter at $49 to Enterprise at $499, lists Daily (2) price updates, as published on 24 July 2026. Our ladder continues past that point: daily on Starter, twice daily on Growth, four times daily on Scale and hourly on Enterprise. If you reprice against fast-moving marketplace sellers, the ceiling is the number to check, not the floor.

How to evaluate the switch

Do not evaluate on a demo catalogue. Demos are built from products that match cleanly. The decision lives in the products that do not.

  1. 1

    Pick your 50 hardest SKUs

Variants, multipacks, bundles, private label, anything without a clean GTIN, and anything where three competitors use three different product titles. Fifty is deliberate: the Pricefy free plan covers up to 50 SKUs, so this exact test fits inside it at no cost.

  2. 2

Run both trials on that same list, at the same time

Same 50 SKUs, same competitor set, same week. Our trial is 14 days with no card. Running them sequentially invites you to compare two different weeks of market movement and conclude something about the software.

  3. 3

    Check every match by hand

Open the competitor URL each tool assigned and confirm it is the same product, same pack size, same variant. Count the wrong ones. A tool that matches 47 of 50 correctly and flags the 3 it is unsure of is worth more than one that matches 49 silently. The method is written up in the product matching guide.

  4. 4

Price the entire configuration, not the sticker

Write down every line you actually need: SKU ceiling, refresh rate, MAP monitoring, repricing, API access, number of users, feed channels. Total both vendors at the tier that contains all of them. The gate that moves a plan up is usually MAP or repricing, not catalogue size.

  5. 5

Test a failure, not a success

Ask each vendor what appears on screen when a source stops returning a price. Look for a capture time next to each number and an alert on degradation. A tool that shows a stale price with no age beside it will eventually feed a repricing rule with last week's market.

The published price ladders for this whole category, including the vendors who publish nothing, are collected in the full pricing study. Every other head-to-head sits on all comparisons, and the general decision framework is in how to choose price monitoring software.

Frequently asked questions

Is Pricefy cheaper than Price Intelligence?

Per monitored SKU, usually yes. As published on the Pricefy pricing page on 24 July 2026, Pricefy Pro is $99 per month for 2,000 SKUs and Business is $189 for 15,000. Our Starter is $99 for 500 products and Scale is $699 for 10,000. We are cheaper only in the narrow case where you need MAP monitoring on a small catalogue.

Does Pricefy include MAP monitoring?

Yes, from the Business tier. As published on their pricing page on 24 July 2026, MAP/MSRP Monitoring is listed on Business at $189 per month and on Enterprise at $499, and does not appear on Free, Starter or Pro. Pricefy also publishes that violations are logged with a timestamped screenshot, the live URL and the gap against your MAP.

Does Pricefy have a free plan?

Yes. Pricefy publishes a permanent free plan covering up to 50 SKUs and 5 competitors with daily price updates, AI Automatch and competitor discovery, requiring no credit card, as published on their pricing page on 24 July 2026. Price change notifications, Excel and email reports and additional feed channels are on the paid plans.

How often does Pricefy update prices?

Their published plan table lists Daily (1) price updates on the free plan and Daily (2) on every paid plan, from Starter at $49 through Enterprise at $499, as read on 24 July 2026. If you need more than twice-daily collection, ask them what is possible, because the published table does not go higher.

What should a brand with a small catalogue and a MAP policy buy?

Compare the total, not the entry price. On Pricefy the cheapest plan listing MAP/MSRP Monitoring is Business at $189 per month, as published 24 July 2026, regardless of whether you monitor 300 SKUs or 15,000. Our Starter is $99 per month for 500 products with MAP monitoring, screenshot evidence and repricing included.

Does Pricefy give API access on every plan?

Pricefy lists a REST API among its integrations, but the published plan table read on 24 July 2026 does not state which tier includes API access. Ask them to confirm in writing before budgeting for it. On our plans the REST API and webhooks are included at every tier, starting with Starter at $99 per month.
