Minderest alternative: what their site publishes, and what it does not

Minderest does not publish prices. No tiers or plans appear anywhere on minderest.com, and /pricing returned HTTP 404 on 24 July 2026. Reactev, its AI dynamic pricing product, is sold separately with its own site and its own demo funnel. A Minderest alternative suits buyers who want published pricing and a self-serve trial.

Minderest at a glance

Read from their own pages on July 24, 2026

Entry price
Not published. Quote only. /pricing, /prices and /pricing-plans all returned HTTP 404 on 24 July 2026
Billing basis
Not published. Whether a quote is scoped per product, per URL, per competitor or per seat is not stated on any Minderest page
MAP monitoring
Published as a named capability, MAP and MSRP Monitoring. No price, tier or packaging is published for it
Dynamic pricing
Sold as Reactev, a separate product with its own site at reactev.com and its own demo funnel. No pricing published there either
API and integrations
Not published. We could not read an integrations or connector list on any live Minderest page
Trial
Not published on their own site. The /try-demo-now page is a demo request, not product access. Some directories claim otherwise, which contradicts the vendor

We sell a competing product. Every figure above comes from Minderest's own published pages on the date shown, so you can check it. Pricing changes without notice — if something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

Minderest publishes no prices. Checked on 24 July 2026, /pricing, /prices and /pricing-plans all return HTTP 404, /plans returns a page but it is an About Us page with no currency figure anywhere in it, and the main call to action across the site is Request a demo now. No tiers, plans or editions exist anywhere on minderest.com, and the billing metric is not stated, so you cannot tell from their site whether a quote will be scoped by products, URLs, competitors or seats. Their capability list is broad and genuinely enterprise-shaped, and one item on it is something we do not do at all: InStore, which is physical shelf price checking in real shops. If in-store price collection or a European and Spanish market footprint is why you are looking at them, they are the right vendor and this page should not talk you out of it. If your problem is online competitor prices, MAP and repricing, and you want to know the cost before a sales call, that is a different purchase.

What Minderest costs

We cannot tell you, and neither can their website. That is not a criticism, it is a procurement fact you should plan around. What follows is exactly what we checked on 24 July 2026 and what we found.

What a buyer needs in order to budget, against what Minderest publishes. Checked 24 July 2026.
What you need to price a dealWhat Minderest publishes
A list price or starting priceNothing. No price string of any kind exists on the pages we read
A pricing page/pricing, /prices and /pricing-plans all return HTTP 404. /plans returns HTTP 200 but serves an About Us page containing no currency figure
Named tiers, plans or editionsNone published anywhere on the site
The billing metricNot published. Per product, per URL, per competitor and per seat are all consistent with what is on the site
Contract length or minimum termNot published
A free trialNot published. /try-demo-now is a demo request landing page. The primary call to action is Request a demo now
What is bundled and what is extraNot published. Reactev is clearly a separate product with its own site and demo funnel. Whether InStore, InSite Analytics, Marketplace Sellers Benchmark and Market Sales Tracking are bundled or chargeable is never discussed

Source: minderest.com and reactev.com, read 24 July 2026. Not published means the vendor states nothing on the pages we read. It is not a claim that a capability or term does not exist.

The second structural fact worth carrying into a call is the product split. Minderest markets Reactev, its AI dynamic pricing product, as a separate thing: its own domain, its own positioning, its own demo request. If your requirement is monitor prices and then act on them automatically, on their side of the table that is two products through two funnels, and no price is published for either. Ask early whether the quote in front of you includes Reactev, because the answer changes the number.

Where Minderest is the better choice

There are requirements where they win outright, and one of them we cannot compete on at all.

  • You need physical in-store shelf prices. Minderest publishes InStore, in-person price checks in physical shops. We do not do this. We collect prices from retailer storefronts and marketplaces on the web, full stop. If half your competitive set is a shelf in a real shop, no amount of web crawling closes that gap, and this is a straightforward reason to choose them.
  • Your market is European, and especially Spanish. Minderest has a strong European and Spanish-market presence. We publish in dollars for a United States market. Local retailer coverage, local language support and an EU counterparty are legitimate procurement requirements, and if they are on your list, that is a real reason to buy from them rather than from us.
  • You are operating at Forbes Global 2000 scale. Their site addresses retailers, brands and manufacturers from start-ups up to that size, and names pricing departments, marketing, purchasing, product and category management and ecommerce management as the functions they sell into. A business with five of those functions in the room needs a vendor built for that meeting.
  • Your requirement list runs past price. They publish Marketplace Sellers Benchmark, Market Sales Tracking, Digital Shelf Benchmark, AI Catalogue Intelligence, AI Promotion Intelligence and an InSite Analytics browser extension. Several of those are adjacent categories to price monitoring. We do not build catalogue intelligence, promotion intelligence or sales tracking, and if you need them in one contract, a broad platform is the right answer.

Are you the buyer that scale is designed for?

Most people reading a page like this have been quoted by a larger vendor and are wondering whether they were sold the right size of thing. Score one point for each statement that is true of your business today, not the one in the plan.

  1. 1You need prices collected from physical stores, not only websites.
  2. 2You sell in three or more countries with different currencies and different competitive sets.
  3. 3More than 20,000 SKUs where price is actively managed rather than merely listed.
  4. 4Separate pricing, category and ecommerce functions who each need their own view.
  5. 5Requirements beyond price, such as assortment, digital shelf content or sell-through data.
  6. 6A procurement process that expects an annual contract, an implementation project and a named account team.

Four or more and a quote-only enterprise vendor is a fair fit, and the absence of a published price is a normal cost of that market. One or two and you are shopping in the wrong aisle: the thing you need is online competitor prices you can trust, MAP evidence and a rule engine, which is a published-price category. Three is the awkward middle, and the honest move there is to buy the smaller thing now, prove the data is good, and revisit in twelve months. The general framework is in how to choose price monitoring software.

Where we are different

The first difference is that our price is a page, not a conversation. As published on our own pricing page on 24 July 2026: Starter is $99 per month for 500 products at daily refresh, Growth is $299 for 2,500 products at twice-daily refresh, Scale is $699 for 10,000 products at four-times-daily refresh, and Enterprise is custom for unlimited products at hourly refresh with an SLA and SSO. That is the entire list and it is on our pricing page.

The second is that nothing is a separate product. Monitoring, matching, MAP protection, repricing, analytics, the REST API, webhooks, every integration and unlimited users are on every plan including the $99 one. There is no second domain, no second demo and no second contract for the part that changes prices. You pay for scale, which is how many products and how often they refresh, and never for a capability.

The third is evidence. Minderest publishes MAP and MSRP Monitoring as a named capability, and we are making no claim about how well it works, because we have not measured it and will not guess. What we can tell you is what ours produces: below-MAP detection, a timestamped screenshot of the offending page, the seller identified, repeat offenders tracked, and an evidence packet you can export and attach to an enforcement letter. That is on every plan. If enforcement is the job, read MAP monitoring software.

The fourth is that we report on our own data quality, per source. Coverage and freshness sit on a dashboard, extraction recipes regenerate themselves when a competitor changes its page layout, a moved product URL is re-discovered by identifier rather than by link, and you are alerted when a source degrades instead of finding out from a stale number three weeks later. We publish that because silent collection failure is the failure mode that actually costs money here. Minderest does not publish a per-source data quality report. That is a difference in disclosure, not a statement about their accuracy. The mechanics are on the data quality page.

Minderest cells describe what their site publishes, read 24 July 2026, not an assessment of their capability. Our figures are on our pricing page, and the wider ladder of published prices across the category is in the full pricing study.

How to evaluate the switch

You cannot run two trials, because Minderest does not publish one. Run ours, run their demo, and force both onto the same evidence in the same fortnight.

  1. 1

Pick the 50 hardest SKUs, not the bestsellers

Variants, multipacks, bundles, private label, anything without a clean GTIN, and anything where three competitors write the title three different ways. Fifty is small enough to check by hand and awkward enough to be diagnostic. Send the same list to both sides.

  2. 2

Run our trial on that list

14 days, no credit card, nothing switched off. Import the 50, let matching run, then look at the confidence scores as closely as you look at the matches.

  3. 3

    Check every match by hand

Open each competitor URL the tool assigned and confirm pack size and variant, not just brand and model. Count the wrong ones, and count separately the ones the tool flagged as uncertain. A tool that surfaces its own doubt beats one that is quietly confident. Method in the product matching guide.

  4. 4

Make the demo use your data

A demo on their sample catalogue proves nothing about yours. Ask Minderest to match the same 50 SKUs and to show you what they could not match. If a proof of concept is offered, ask whether it is chargeable and what happens to your catalogue data afterwards.

  5. 5

Price the whole configuration, both sides

Write down products, competitor sites, countries, refresh rate, MAP, repricing, API, alerting and users. Total ours at the plan containing all of it. For Minderest, get a written quote that names the billing metric, states whether Reactev is included, states whether InStore is included, and gives the year-two figure. Compare annual totals, not headline numbers.

  6. 6

    Break something on purpose

Ask both vendors what appears on screen when a source stops returning a price. Look for a capture time beside every number, and an alert on degradation rather than on disappearance. Ask how a competitor layout change is detected and repaired, and how long that takes.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Minderest cost?

Minderest does not publish a price. Checked on 24 July 2026, /pricing, /prices and /pricing-plans all return HTTP 404, and /plans serves an About Us page with no currency figure in it. No tiers or plans are published, and the billing metric is not stated, so the only route to a number is a demo and a quote.

Does Minderest have a free trial?

Not on their own site. The primary call to action is Request a demo now, and /try-demo-now is a demo request landing page rather than product access, as read on 24 July 2026. Capterra and GetApp both list a free trial and a free version, which contradicts the vendor and which we could not verify. Treat the vendor as the source of record.

What is Reactev and is it included with Minderest?

Reactev is the AI dynamic pricing product from Minderest. It is marketed as a separate product with its own site at reactev.com and its own demo funnel, and no pricing is published there either. Whether a given Minderest quote includes it is not something their site answers, so ask explicitly before you compare totals against another vendor.

Does Minderest check prices in physical stores?

Yes, InStore is published as in-person physical shelf price checking, presented as a distinct capability. This is something we do not do at all. If your competitive set includes bricks-and-mortar shelf prices, that requirement points to Minderest rather than to a web-only monitoring tool, and it is worth deciding early because it changes the shortlist.

What is the difference between Minderest and Price Intelligence?

Minderest is a broad, quote-only platform spanning online monitoring, in-store checks, marketplace benchmarks and catalogue intelligence, with dynamic pricing sold separately as Reactev. We publish four plans from $99 per month, put monitoring, MAP evidence, repricing, analytics and the API on every one of them, and offer a 14-day trial with no card. We do not do in-store collection.

Is there a cheaper Minderest alternative for a mid-market retailer?

Minderest publishes no price, so a strict comparison is impossible and we will not estimate theirs. What we can state is our own: $99 per month for 500 products, $299 for 2,500 and $699 for 10,000, with every capability included, as published on our pricing page on 24 July 2026. Whether that is cheaper depends on the quote you receive.
