We sell a competing product. Every figure above comes from Intelligence Node's own published pages on the date shown, so you can check it. Pricing changes without notice — if something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Intelligence Node publishes one number, and early on it is the only one you need: the minimum project size starts at $5,000 per month, stated in those words on their own pricing page as read on 24 July 2026. The minimum term is one year, sold as annual or multi-year subscriptions. There are no named tiers. In place of a price list there is an interactive configurator with SKU bands of 5K, 10K, 15K, 20K and 20K+, competitor counts from 5 to 10+, and refresh rates from 10 seconds to weekly. It shows no price at the end; it routes to a sales enquiry. There is no free trial, and a demo is offered instead. If you run 20,000 SKUs or more, need refresh faster than hourly, and want assortment insights and digital shelf analytics in the same contract, they are built for exactly that and this page will not argue you out of it. If your catalogue is smaller than their smallest configurator band, the floor has already answered your question.
What Intelligence Node costs
They publish more than most enterprise vendors in this category, and less than a price list: a floor, and the variables that move the number, but not the number. Here is what their own pages said on 24 July 2026.
| What you need to price a deal | What Intelligence Node publishes |
|---|---|
| A starting price | The minimum project size starts at $5,000 per month. This is published as a floor, not as the price of any particular configuration |
| Named tiers, plans or editions | None. No tier names, no editions, no per-tier prices anywhere on the page |
| How the price is calculated | Scope based: number of SKUs, number of competitor websites, modules selected, data refresh rate and geography |
| A configurator that returns a number | A configurator exists, offering SKU bands of 5K, 10K, 15K, 20K and 20K+, competitor counts of 5 through 10+, refresh rates from 10 seconds to weekly, and a use case selection across product matching, price monitoring, assortment insights, MAP violation detection and digital shelf optimization. It routes to a sales enquiry rather than displaying a price |
| Minimum term | One year. Sold as annual or multi-year subscriptions |
| Module packaging | Modules can be bought individually. Their FAQ directs you to the sales team to find out which ones. No module carries a published price |
| Costs beyond the subscription | Bespoke services are quoted separately, described as custom data reports, special APIs and even mobile apps. One-off data requests are handled separately from the subscription |
| Free trial | None. A demo is offered in its place |

The minimum project size starts at $5k per month and price variations depend on multiple factors like SKUs, no. of competitor websites, modules you have opted for, etc.
— Intelligence Node pricing page, read 24 July 2026
Two published facts multiply together, and that product is the thing to write on a whiteboard before you take the call. A $5,000 monthly floor across a one-year minimum term is a $60,000 minimum first-year commitment. Set that against the smallest band their configurator offers, 5,000 SKUs, and the floor works out to $1.00 per SKU per month, or $12.00 per SKU per year, before any module choice, refresh rate or geography moves it. To be clear about what that arithmetic is: $60,000 is the published minimum, not a quote. Anything above the smallest band, more competitor sites, or faster refresh prices above it.
Where Intelligence Node is the better choice
There are requirements on which they win outright, and two of them we do not compete on at all.
- You are at 20,000+ SKUs with sub-daily refresh and need assortment analytics in the same system. That combination is genuinely what they are built for, and it is not what we attempt. Our published ceiling is unlimited products at hourly refresh on Enterprise; their configurator publishes refresh rates down to 10 seconds. At that end of the market, price data, assortment insight and digital shelf analytics stop being separate purchases, and buying them as one contract is the correct decision.
- You need assortment planning, trend forecasting or digital shelf optimization. They publish Assortment Planning and Trend Forecasting, and Digital Shelf Analytics including Gen-AI content generation. We build none of that. We do price monitoring, MAP protection, repricing, pricing analytics and data quality reporting, and that is the whole list. If half your requirements document is about assortment gaps and content quality, a price monitoring tool is the wrong shape of purchase at any price.
- You want scoping variables published rather than discovered. They name the five things that move their price: SKUs, competitor websites, modules selected, data refresh rate and geography, and the configurator lets you set the first four before you talk to anyone. That is an unusually honest way to scope an enterprise deal, because it hands you the levers before the negotiation instead of during it. Very few vendors at this size publish that much.
- You want to buy one module rather than a platform. Their FAQ states modules can be bought individually. If your only requirement is MAP violation detection at enterprise scale, or only product matching, that can beat paying for a bundle. The floor still applies, so this is a shape argument, not a cheapness argument.
Are you the buyer the floor is designed for?
This is the decision most people reading this page are actually making, and it takes two minutes. Score one point per statement that is true of your business today, not the one in next year's plan.
- 1You actively manage price on 5,000 SKUs or more, which is the smallest band their configurator offers.
- 2You need refresh faster than once an hour, not merely faster than once a day.
- 3You need assortment insight or digital shelf analytics, not only price and stock.
- 4You track 10 or more competitor websites, which is the top of their published competitor range.
- 5You sell across multiple geographies, which they name as a price variable.
- 6You can commit to twelve months minimum, with a multi-year option on the table.
- 7$60,000 in year one is a floor you can budget against, rather than a ceiling you are hoping to stay under.
Five or more, and they are a fair fit; the absence of a per-configuration price is a normal cost of that market. Two or fewer, and the floor has decided for you: buy the smaller thing, prove the data holds up, and revisit in twelve months. Three or four is the awkward middle, where the honest move is to get their quote in writing and compare it against a year of a published plan before committing a year of budget. The general method is in how to choose price monitoring software, and the published price ladders across the category are in the full pricing study.
Where we are different
The first difference is that our price is a page rather than a conversation. As published on our own pricing page on 24 July 2026: Starter is $99 per month for 500 products at daily refresh, Growth is $299 for 2,500 products at twice-daily refresh, Scale is $699 for 10,000 products at four-times-daily refresh, and Enterprise is custom for unlimited products at hourly refresh with an SLA and SSO. Annual billing saves roughly two months. There is no minimum term below Enterprise, and no minimum project size at all. The whole list is on our pricing page.
The second is that nothing is a module. Matching, MAP monitoring with screenshot evidence, repricing, analytics, the REST API, webhooks, every integration and unlimited users are on every plan, including the $99 one. You pay for scale, meaning how many products and how often they refresh, never for a capability. That cuts both ways: you also cannot buy a cheaper subset, because there is no subset to buy.

Matches at or above 95% confidence are applied automatically. Anything below is queued, and every correction you make is fed back into matching.
The third is evidence. Intelligence Node publishes MAP Monitoring with digital violation capture including screenshot proof and first-violator identification, and we are making no claim about how well that works, because we have not measured it and will not guess. What we can describe is ours: below-MAP detection, a timestamped screenshot of the offending page, the seller identified, repeat offenders tracked over time, and an evidence packet you can export and attach to an enforcement letter. That sits on every plan rather than in a quoted module. The mechanics are on MAP monitoring software.

The fourth is that we report on our own data quality, per source. Coverage and freshness sit on a dashboard you can open. Extraction recipes regenerate themselves when a competitor changes its page layout. A moved product URL is re-discovered by identifier rather than by link. You are alerted when a source degrades, rather than finding out from a stale number three weeks later. Silent collection failure is the failure mode that actually costs money here. Intelligence Node does not publish a per-source data quality report, which is a difference in disclosure and not a statement about their accuracy. Ours is on the data quality page.

The Intelligence Node cells describe what their site publishes, read 24 July 2026, not an assessment of their capability. Our figures are on our pricing page. Other head-to-heads written under the same sourcing rules are on all comparisons.
How to evaluate the switch
You cannot run two trials here, because Intelligence Node does not offer one. So run ours, run their demo, and force both onto the same evidence inside the same fortnight.
- 1
Pick the 50 hardest SKUs, not the bestsellers
Variants, multipacks, bundles, private label, anything without a clean GTIN, and anything where three competitors write the title three different ways. Fifty is small enough to check by hand and awkward enough to be diagnostic. Send the identical list to both sides.
- 2
Run our trial on that list
14 days, no credit card, nothing switched off. Import the 50, let matching run, then read the confidence scores as carefully as you read the matches.
- 3
Check every match by hand
Open each competitor URL the tool assigned and confirm pack size and variant, not just brand and model. Count the wrong ones, and count separately the ones the tool flagged as uncertain. A tool that surfaces its own doubt beats one that is quietly confident. Method is in the product matching guide.
- 4
Make the demo run on your catalogue
A demo on a sample catalogue proves nothing about yours. Ask Intelligence Node to match the same 50 SKUs and to show what they could not match. If a paid proof of concept is offered, ask what it costs and what happens to your catalogue data afterwards.
- 5
Price the full configuration on both sides
Write down SKU count, competitor websites, geographies, refresh rate, every module you need, API access, alerting and users. Total ours at the plan containing all of it. For Intelligence Node, ask for a written quote naming each of the five published variables, stating which modules are in the number and which are bespoke, and giving year two alongside year one. Compare annual totals, never headline numbers.
- 6
Break something on purpose
Ask both vendors what appears on screen when a source stops returning a price. Look for a capture time beside every number, and an alert on degradation rather than only on disappearance. Ask how a competitor layout change is detected and repaired, and how long that takes.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Intelligence Node cost?
Their pricing page states that the minimum project size starts at $5,000 per month, as read on 24 July 2026, and that price varies with SKU count, number of competitor websites, modules selected, data refresh rate and geography. No named tiers or per-configuration prices are published. The minimum term is one year, sold as annual or multi-year subscriptions.
Does Intelligence Node have a free trial?
No. Their FAQ offers a demo instead, arranged with their sales team, as read on 24 July 2026. The interactive configurator on the pricing page also stops short of a price and routes to a sales enquiry. So there is no published way to use the product, or to see it running on your own catalogue, before a commercial conversation.
What is the minimum contract with Intelligence Node?
One year. Their FAQ answers the question about minimum subscription duration with a single word, one year, and their pricing is described as annual or multi-year subscriptions. Combined with the published $5,000 per month floor, that makes $60,000 the smallest first-year commitment their published terms describe. Their actual quote for a given scope is not published.
Is Intelligence Node too big for a mid-market retailer?
That depends on your catalogue, not your ambition. The smallest band in their configurator is 5,000 SKUs and the published floor is $5,000 per month on a one-year term. If you actively price fewer than 5,000 SKUs, you are below the smallest configuration they publish, and a tool with published tiers and a free trial is a better match for the size of the problem.
Does Intelligence Node do repricing?
Not in anything they publish that we could verify on 24 July 2026. Their published capabilities cover price monitoring, product matching, assortment planning and trend forecasting, digital shelf analytics and MAP monitoring. No repricing or dynamic pricing module appears in that list. If automatic price changes are a requirement, ask them directly and get the answer in writing before you compare quotes.
What is the difference between Intelligence Node and Price Intelligence?
They are an enterprise, module-based platform with a $5,000 per month floor, a one-year minimum term, refresh rates down to 10 seconds, and assortment and digital shelf analytics we do not build. We publish four plans from $99 per month, include monitoring, matching, MAP evidence, repricing, analytics and the API on every one, and offer a 14-day trial with no card.
